we had m's birthday party today at the sugar bowl in prospect park. m was lucky again: the weather was beautiful and it didn't rain. the children ran around and played games all day (including screaming cheetahs which you can see above), and the adults sat around and talked . . and ate (quinoa salad, dilly brown rice salad, cucumber sandwiches and yummy flourless chocolate cake) . . which is always fun to do.
