luci toscane benefit

c and i, and several friends, attended a benefit on park avenue for a music festival in italy called luci toscane. it was given by her violin teacher and a student's family. they played many beautiful pieces, such as rigaudon by fritz kreisler, "el coqui" by jose ignacio quinton, and the allegro from sonatina in G major by antonin dvorak. (these three would also be so fun to dance to.) it was a really enjoyable time, and we hope the family will host again next year (!)
