so i'm setting up a blog and burning the midnight oil and i was wondering what my first sentence would be when i remembered that old james thurber tv show "my world and welcome to it." wasn't that james thurber? it was cartoon drawings and there was a little dog and the voice of the daughter was the same actress who played the daughter of phyllis on the mary tyler moore show. she also was in an episode of the doris day show. the girls and i watched that one day at nana's house. well, there you go. i'm just a child of the 60's and 70's tv world.
