i love the reeds that are growing all along the river walk. i see them on pier 84 at 44th street by the spiral fountain, and by the water park at jane street and down at battery park city. they make the city feel light and breezy.

Croatia was lovely, and the cat was such a perfect motive. I couldn't resist crawling around on the ground, taking a photo of it (my boyfriend looked another way, as if he didn't know me.. hehe..)
